My Secret Sauce

1) Describe five ways in which you think you have human capital that is truly unique. 

• I believe that my human capital makes me unique because I am knowledgeable in a variety of subjects. They can range from politics, science, math, religion, and so on.
• Another thing that I say makes me unique is my open-mindedness. I am able to accept others beliefs and imagine their point of view. Rather than being ignorant I understand where other come from. 
• Another thing that I think makes me unique is that I am foreign born. I think this makes me unique because I not only embrace the American culture but also have the Hispanic culture and way of life that was passed on to me by my parents. I also very cultured in other countries ways of life as through my traveling around the world I am able to see how people interact and live.
• Another thing that makes me unique is my determination. I never give up when some thing is assigned to me. I can stay up for countless hours, with little to no sleep and still have motivation to keep going until I finish what I started.
• Lastly, I think I am unique because although I am very cautious and skeptical of people with malicious intent, I am also a very compassionate person towards others. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I am the type of person who does and cares more for another person rather than myself.

Alex noted that I am a problem solver with determination to get the most efficient way to solve the problem. He also noted that I still try to solve the problem even with no sleep. He also noted that I am compassionate even with high levels of stress.

3) Reflect on the differences.

I am a very humble person and try not to talk about myself too much. I rather let other speak about my person than me. The way I interact with other shows off my true values. From these interviews it is clear that the people who know me the best tend to agree a lot on similar things. Such as my compassion, computer skills, determination, and hard work. Some differences on how I asses my self was more focus on not much skills but rather than human interactions and outside knowledge. I talked about being open minded and being able to understand people in their situations. The interviews mainly focused on how I have interacted with them and their experience with me. I think these differences exist because I interact with them independent of the others. I do think the interviewees very spot on as many seemed to say the same things. I wouldn't make any changes to my list as I feel it encompasses everything that the interviewees told.
